今年，梵代糠集团迎来成立40周年庆典！在接下来的一个阶段，我们将会回望过去，立足当下，展望我们的未来。40年前，Ron van der Knaap先生开始给客户基地供应盆栽压缩基质，随后Perry van der Knaap一起加入了公司，他们一起在我们位于Bovendijk的总部一直工作至今。此后，Van der Knaap发展成为一个在全球拥有600多名员工的公司集团，在荷兰分设5个分支机构，其销售点和生产基地遍布全球。40年来我们的产品范围不断开发扩充，从穴盘填充基质到高品质的生根基质产品；从定制基质到育苗块和种植条，甚至是研发生产有机肥料。多年来，致力于“为园艺专业生产，提供高品质的、自然生根和生长的基质”的共同目标下，我们已经开发了大量的产品，并将其添加到产品系列中。能够有今天的地位及成就，我们不得感谢我们的客户、合作伙伴、供应商，最后但同样重要的，是我们梵代糠的所有员工。我们期待着在即将到来的新年里，共同回顾梵代糠集团的这40年！
This year Van der Knaap Groupwill celebrate that 40 years ago the foundations of our company were laid. Inthe coming period we will reflect on where we come from, where we are now andhow we see the future for our organisation.Forty years ago, Ron van derKnaap started pressing pots on location at his customers. Perry van der Knaapjoined the company and together they continued at our Bovendijk location, whereour head office is still located. Van der Knaap has since grown into a group ofcompanies with more than six hundred employees worldwide, five branches in theNetherlands and sales and production locations all over the world.Our product range has expandedover forty years. From filled trays to high-quality rooting products, fromcustom substrates to propagation cubes and growbags and even the production oforganic nutrients. Over the years, a large number of products has beendeveloped and added to the range. All with the same goal: to offerhigh-quality, natural rooting and growing media for professional horticulture.
We have our customers, partners, suppliers, and last but notleast, our employees, to thank for our position. We look forward to reflectingon 40 years of Van der Knaap together in the coming year.
